Parking Description:
The main entrance at 353 Railway Street offers convenient 2-hour parking. For longer stays, there are paid hourly options on nearby streets and an all-day parking facility under the Canadian Tire store.
Natural Light:
The space features large windows that provide abundant natural light.
Blackout drapes available to control light for your photos and video.
Ambient Noise:
The venue is designed for events, with good sound insulation but not completely soundproof.
Crew Access:
Large industrial elevator and a dedicated loading zone for easy equipment transport.
The bathroom and all indoor spaces are available for shooting.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed.
General Rules:
Maximum of three guests during the planning visits.
No smoking or pets allowed.
Noise must be kept at reasonable levels to respect other tenants.
No items can be left in common areas.
Video production with large equipment is restricted.
Production Insurance:
Required for all events.
Furniture and Decorations:
May be moved with prior approval.
Special Permissions:
Smoke machines and certain types of production (e.g., nudity) are allowed with prior approval.
