Convenient 2-hour parking is available at the main entrance on 353 Railway Street. For longer stays, there are paid hourly options on adjacent streets and an all-day parking facility under the Canadian Tire store.

Adjustable lighting available to control the ambiance and highlight artworks.
Ambient Noise:
The venue is designed for events, with good sound insulation but not completely soundproof.
Crew Access:
Large industrial elevator and a dedicated loading zone for easy equipment transport.
The bathroom and all indoor spaces are available for setup and preparation.
Circuit Breaker:
Access is restricted but arrangements can be made for technical requirements.
General Rules:
Maximum of three guests during planning visits.
No smoking or pets allowed.
Noise must be kept at reasonable levels to respect other tenants.
No items can be left in common areas.
Video production with large equipment is restricted.
Production Insurance:
Required for all events.
